According to Variety, WWE has invested in Drone Racing League. The company is among a group of investors that include Liberty Media, Sky and Allianz in contributing a total of $20 million in the New York-based startup, which is branding its races as a spectator sport.
DRL is set to begin airing their season on June 20th on ESPN, with airings in over seventy-five countries. A promo is below:
