GUNTHER defeated Chad Gable to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship this week on Monday Night RAW.

With the successful title defense, GUNTHER is now en route to breaking the record for the longest-reigning WWE Intercontinental Title reign.

The Ring General has held the title for 452 days and he will break The Honky Tonk Man’s recognized record of 454 days on Thursday.

Following his defeat to LA Knight this past Saturday at WWE Payback 2023, The Miz is now focused on a rematch with his arch-nemesis as he challenged The Megastar to a second encounter on this week’s episode of WWE RAW.

On this week’s episode of WWE RAW, The Miz hosted Miz TV with John Cena as his guest, which turned out to be no one (because you can’t see him!) that the camera followed from the stage all the way to the ring.

The Miz then conducted an interview with his invisible guest by grilling the supposedly-there Cena about his actions as the guest referee at WWE Payback 2023.

The Miz alleged that The Champ had conspired with Knight and that his loss should be overturned.

The Miz mimed doing a Skull Crushing Finale on Cena and then challenged Knight to a rematch.

And finally, JD McDonagh made his move to join The Judgment Day on this week’s episode of WWE RAW as they were celebrating their victories at WWE Payback 2023.

McDonagh presented Damian Priest with a new purple Money in the Bank briefcase with the “Señor” tag on the side.

The stable later considered letting McDonagh join the group, depending on his performance against Sami Zayn on the show.

McDonagh ended up defeating Zayn following a distraction from Dominik Mysterio.

Jey Uso is now a member of the RAW roster, and SmackDown will get a “trade compensation” as a result of the movie. Adam Pearce made the announcement on RAW.
