WWE will be ‘tightening’ its policies when it comes to using extras to ensure that the production can run smoothly.
WWE, like other promotions, will often use local wrestlers in on-screen, non-wrestling capacities so that they can take bumps from the established Superstars.
Fightful Select is reporting that WWE has started preventing some extras from watching the show run-throughs in the crowd as a way of tightening up some of their behavior.
Notable names who appeared as extras in WWE include Wade Barrett and Sheamus (who were once security guards,) and AEW’s Shawn Spears who was once ‘Stan.’
