WWE NXT General Manager Ava has deactivated her Twitter account after receiving death threats from ‘fans’ regarding her father’s WWE return.

Earlier this week, Ava referenced fans spamming her over a matter that was out of control, believed to be about The Rock’s controversial WrestleMania 40 involvement.

Ava added that she had been receiving death threats over the matter. Now, if you go to the NXT GM’s account, you’ll see that it has been deactivated.

The Rock’s return has been met with backlash as fans believe Cody Rhodes should face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40 this April in Philadelphia, PA.

WWE acknowledged the fans’ take on this situation on this week’s RAW, which saw chants of “We want Cody” and “Rocky sucks.
