Dakota Kai, who is currently rehabbing from a torn ACL injury, has been regularly appearing on WWE television as a member of Damage CTRL.
On Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Kai caught some attention as she was spotted without a knee brace. In an interview over the 2024 Royal Rumble weekend, Dakota noted that she was getting closer to her comeback.
During a recent Twitch stream, Dakota addressed speculation about an in-ring return happening soon. She said,
“I actually forgot my brace. That’s why I didn’t have it on, on Monday. That doesn’t mean anything. You’ve probably seen someone like Zoey [Stark], she still wears her brace. I will have to be wearing it when I wrestle, but I forgot it. Don’t read into it guys. I literally forgot it.”
