On a recent edition of the “Wrestle Binge” podcast, former WWE commentator Hugo Savinovich addressed the allegations against Vince McMahon. He said,
“The scandal of Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, the name of Brock Lesnar mentioned, and then disappearing, it has been very hurtful. People think it’s just a WWE thing, and I believe that it’s wrong. It affects all of us. Just because it has a logo of Vince and WWE… it’s part of what we do.”
McMahon is alleged to have sexually abused former WWE employee Janel Grant and trafficked her to others in the company, including Lauriniaitis.
While Brock Lesnar’s name isn’t used in the litigation, the lawsuit claims Grant was trafficked to a former UFC Heavyweight Champion, believed to be Lesnar.
Vince McMahon has denied the allegations against him. Laurinaitis has claimed he is a victim of this scandal and Brock Lesnar has been pulled from WWE’s plans.
