Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso took place at the WWE WrestleMania 40 (Night One) pay-per-view event from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Saturday night, with Jey getting his revenge.
In a “Digital Exclusive” posted to WWE’s social media after the match, Jey spoke about his brother in storyline. He said,
“Yeah, yeet, Jackie, I mean, I’m not gonna lie about it. Dream match, first time ever, history, twins versus twins at WrestleMania 40. I don’t know how I feel about it, Jackie, cause I went out there, and whooped my brother’s ass in front of everybody.”
Jey also discussed whether he felt conflicted about wrestling his brother. He stated,
“Yes, man. Yes, because at the end of the day, that’s still my twin brother. I still love my twin brother. I still see this good in Jimmy. I kind of felt it out there, and then he kind of hit me with the okey-doke out there. But, you know, I mean, man, it is what it is, man.”
