As we previously reported here on eWn, WWE implemented significant personnel changes within its office staff, resulting in Kristen Prouty, the Senior Vice President of Entertainment Relations, and Tavia Hartley, the Manager of Talent Operations and Appearances, being released from their executive positions.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports an anticipation of additional front-office restructuring this week.

No official announcements have been made yet. However, the live events department is expected to be affected.

The merger of the live events departments of UFC and WWE is believed to have led to potential redundancies, prompting the need for workforce adjustments.

Peter Dropick, who has been Executive Vice President of Event Development and Operations at UFC since 2006, will oversee the newly formed department.

In the press release announcing the merger, Dropick was highlighted alongside other key figures, namely, Dana White, Paul Levesque, Lawrence Epstein, Nick Khan, and Andrew Schleimer, who will be responsible for enhancing live events revenue for both WWE and UFC.

The evolving nature of WWE and TKO has led to significant changes over the past month, and whether further staff reductions will occur remains to be seen.
