WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins made his long-awaited return to in-ring action at WWE’s live events this weekend. He had been out of action due to an injury sustained during a match against Jinder Mahal on WWE RAW in January, which involved a torn meniscus.
Rollins and Cody Rhodes will team up to face The Rock and Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 40 (Night One). Additionally, Rollins will defend his WWE World Title against Drew McIntyre on the second night of the event.
Rollins made his return to the ring at Saturday’s house show held at the Rapides Coliseum in Alexandria, LA, where Rollins and Rhodes defeated Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa.
