In January, Vince McMahon resigned from all of his positions within TKO, including TKO Executive Chairman and the TKO Board of Directors, following a lawsuit alleging his involvement in a sex trafficking and abuse scandal with former WWE employee Janel Grant.
John Laurinaitis and WWE were also named in the lawsuit.
Pwinsider is reporting that McMahon and WWE have submitted waivers of service to the United States District Court of Connecticut, acknowledging that they are aware of the lawsuit against them and do not need to be served.
It is required for all defendants to respond within sixty days from March 15, which means they have until mid-May to do so.
