AEW Collision Results

Jon Moxley opens the show by walking to the ring. He is joined shortly after by Don Callis, who shares their history via video package. He tells Moxley they aren’t like normal people. They feel nothing. Professional wrestling has given them the platform to change the world. When Moxley told him he was one of them now, he was right. He isn’t out here to make threats, because they are the same. He doesn’t want this match with Takeshita.

Under other circumstances, they would partner up and take over. Instead of a title match tomorrow night, how about we announce Moxley joining the family? Jon has one question. He is going to need more than one scar on his head to trust him. How about he puts 24 stitches in his head right now? Konosuke Takeshita blindsides him. He gets a steel chair, traps Moxley’s arm in it, and jumps on it from the turnbuckle. The BCC show up late to scare them off.

#1. Lance Archer & The Righteous vs. Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia & Hiroshi Tanahashi – Winners: Castagnoli, Garcia & Tanahashi

The Elite air a very pro-Elite vignette highlighting how important they are to AEW, while labelling their opponents at Double Or Nothing as dangerous and ungrateful.

#2. The Lucha Brothers vs. The Gunns – Winners: The Lucha Brothers

Bryan Keith lets Chris Jericho know that while he missed earning his shot at the FTW Championship, this isn’t the last he will see of him.

#3. Kyle O’Reilly vs. Kevin Matthews – Winner: O’Reilly via submission

Willow Nightingale enters the ring to address the crowd. We can’t be on TBS without the face of TBS. Someone put their hands on her last night on Rampage. Mercedes Mone. She has been here for about two months, and we are way past respect now. At Double Or Nothing, she will wreck Mercedes. She is going to make her long for days when she was at home out of harm’s way.

Championships come and go, but she will be damned if tomorrow is when this reign ends. For years, she has been fighting toward her dream. She was nearly paralyzed when she injured her neck five years ago, and now she is living out her dream. She will travel as much as is needed to defend this title everywhere. Tomorrow, she will prove that the better woman is Willow Nightingale.

Backstage, Rocky Romero tells Trent Beretta that no matter what happens, he hopes they can put this behind them after tomorrow night. Beretta tells him that ain’t happening.

#4. Brody King & Buddy Matthews vs. Gates Of Agony (w/ Brian Cage) vs. The Infantry vs. The Acclaimed (w/ Daddy Ass) – Winners: House Of Black

Adam Copeland sends a warning to Malakai Black and his group ahead of their Barbed Wire Steel Cage match.

Toni Storm says if Serena Deeb wants to be a victim, she will make her seizures feel like a walk in the park. She has no sympathy ahead of their title match at Double Or Nothing.

#5. Mariah May vs. Leyla Hirsch – Winner: Mariah May

Sereana Deeb promoses to stretch Toni Storm limb from limb, and become the new AEW Women’s World Champion tomorrow.

#6. Bryan Danielson & FTR vs. Satnam Singh, Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett (w/ Sonjay Dutt & Karen Jarrett) – Winners: Danielson & FTR

FTR let the fans know that AEW matters. The wrestling business is better off with it. And they aren’t just fighting for AEW at Double Or Nothing. They are fighting for all the fans.
