WWE RAW (3/18/2024)
Jey Uso starts the show. He says The Bloodline is in the building and he knows how they roll. Where is Jimmy at? Jimmy is seen walking through the crowd with Solo Sikoa. Jey & Jimmy come face-to-face, and Jey tells his brother he misses him. He wants Jimmy to come back, but Jimmy says he never left, but he wouldn’t let him protect him. Little bro goes off to become a big time superstar. Who left who?
Everything he has is because of his big bro. Jimmy says Jey’s biggest moment in his career is because of him. Jey tells Jimmy his biggest moment will be when he gets his dream match against him at WrestleMania XL. Solo Sikoa distracts Jey just enough for Jimmy to land a cheap shot. Cody Rhodes comes to the aid of Jey and takes out The Bloodline.
Before the next match, Paul Heyman tells Adam Pearce that Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa left the building. However, he is sticking around until he has conducted his official business, which nobody will see coming. That’s not a prediction. It’s a spoiler.
#1. [WrestleMania Tag Team Championship Qualifier] DIY’s Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano vs. The Creed Brothers – Winners: DIY
Andrade sends out feelers to the Judgment Day, but Ripley says it is an exclusive club and he will need to impress. After he leaves, Damian Priest points out how JD McDonagh could not get the job done against Ricochet, so Rhea suggests Dominik puts it right.
#2. Kayden Carter & Katana Chance vs. Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae – Winners: Hartwell & LeRae via submission
Cody Rhodes addresses The Rock’s recent Instagram post, where he called himself the perfect heel. We all know what that means. He is saying is a “bad guy”, but he isn’t. The Rock is an asshole. There’s no crying in wrestling, but hasn’t The Rock been crying about what happened behind closed doors? He ran to the top guys in TKO so he could save WWE, when it didn’t need saving. They are enablers who won’t tell him how it is, but he will.
Cody reminds The Rock who he is. But although he is a Mount Rushmore wrestler, he is also a carnie succubus and a whiny bitch. The locker room didn’t need him. And on the topic of Mom’s, how about The Rock’s mom? He has nothing but respect for his mom. The Rock was talking about whipping him and handing the belt to his mom, but she isn’t scared of anything.
As for the story, Cody isn’t sure he will finish it. How can The Rock be sure he will win? He hasn’t been in the ring in years. And when he calls himself the “Final Boss”, he doesn’t see him as that. At WrestleMania, he sees The Rock as Roman’s side chick. Paul Heyman interrupts the promo. He wants to offer Cody Rhodes an apology for what he did the other week (when he appeared with security), which was just plain dumb.
Paul has a message from Roman Reigns. This Friday on SmackDown, Cody Rhodes will go face-to-face with Roman Reigns. When that happens, there will not be a single other member of The Bloodline in sight, except for him. He has Reigns’ word that if he shows up, that he will show up alone. Heyman forgot one crucial thing. Cody has got to show up alone, too, which is agreed.
#3. Ricochet vs. Dominik Mysterio (w/ JD McDonagh) – Winner: Ricochet
Sami Zayn talks to Chad Gable after last week’s match, who is pushed in to telling him that his opportunity to go to WrestleMania meant more. Sami thinks it is unfair of him to say that, but Gable knows what it meant to him. The only thing is Gable does not believe Zayn can beat Gunther.
During the contract signing for the Intercontinental Championship match, Sami Zayn vows to make history by beating Gunther. But the champion doesn’t believe him. He cannot beat him. His dreams will meet reality.
#4. [WrestleMania Tag Team Championship Qualifier] The Miz & R-Truth vs. Indus Sher (w/ Jinder Mahal) – Winners: Awesome Truth
Drew McIntyre & Seth Rollins talk to each other in the ring. Rollins wants to admit that he is a spotlight junkie. McIntyre says everything is a joke to him. He has become a parody of himself. Do you want to know the punchline? It is when he beats Rollins for the title at WrestleMania. Seth Rollins tells Drew that at night 1 he takes out The Rock & Roman Reigns, and at night 2 he will beat him to retain his championship.
That’s what Drew wants, for him to take this seriously. Rollins tells McIntyre that he has been wanting the spotlight just as much as he does. He has been whining and complaining that he deserves better after what happened following the pandemic. When the lights are the brightest, Seth Rollins shines bright. Is he ready for that?

After the match, Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley had a staredown to close the show.
