WWE RAW (4/1/2024)

The Rock opens the show with his Final Boss entrance. He is thrown a microphone. The Rock says he made that boy bleed. He rammed that boy’s head in to that bus and bust his head wide open. Just as promised, The Rock took his blood and wiped it on the belt. The only thing missing are the tears of Momma Rhodes. The Cody Crybabies were so upset to see him bleed, and The Rock just laughed.

There were some reactions that stopped him in his tracks. He shows some social media posts of little kids crying over him beating up Cody Rhodes. That breaks his heart. He is a proud 3-time girl dad. However, to those mommies and daddies, he wants them to take their kids and put them in front of the TV, because he is about to drop some gospel on ya. There are moments in life when a man has got to do what a man has got to do. Uncle Rock says some people stick their noses in business where they don’t belong, and that’s exactly what Cody did, so he has to beat that punk ass down over and over again.

The ratings have skyrocketed because of The Rock. Everyone here has set the record for the largest gate in the history of RAW. We are 5 days out from WrestleMania, and finally… Roman Reigns enters with The Bloodline. The Tribal Chief asks Brooklyn to acknowledge him. WrestleMania is going to be the easiest for him. The tag match will be easy, so he thanks his cousin. And he went one further by making that boy bleed. He didn’t need him to do it, but it felt great to see him do it. He shows what it means to lead, which Cody can’t do. Back in 2020, when Roman Reigns was making wrestling cool again, Cody Rhodes was off somewhere else doing nothing.

Seth Rollins interrupts the promo with his music. He can be seen in the crowd like The Shield days. He says he wants to fight tonight. Rollins challenges The Rock to a match. And if he hasn’t got the balls, then he’ll take on Roman Reigns. With any stipulation. Somebody step up. The Rock & Roman Reigns decline the challenge, but Solo Sikoa accepts. The Rock adds the “Bloodline Rules” stipulation to the main event. Anything goes.

#1. The New Day & DIY vs. Judgment Day’s Damian Priest, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh & Dominik Mysterio – Winners: Judgment Day

Roman Reigns confirms he will be inducting Paul Heyman in to the Hall Of Fame, so he has a speech to write.

Chad Gable trains Sami Zayn in the Performance Center to get ready for Gunther. He makes Sami tap out, and he explains that he did this to pull the hunger out of him. Gable asks where has it gone, and after some pushing, Sami finally admits he is afraid. Chad says he is at his best when everyone doubts him, so let’s do this the right way. We get a Rocky montage.

Before the next match, Dominik Mysterio attempts to introduce Legado Del Fantasma to the Judgment Day, but it does not go over well. Damian Priest tells him to cut the crap, while Rhea Ripley says he needs to sort out his communication.

#2. Sami Zayn vs. Bronson Reed – Winner: No Contest

Gunther brutally attacks Chad Gable and Sami Zayn near the entrance. Sami gets up, but is put back down again by Gunther hitting him in the face with the IC title.

#3. Ivy Nile & Maxxine Dupri vs. Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae – Winners: Nile & Dupri

Jey Uso lets Seth Rollins know he has his back tonight in the main event, just like he did last week.

#4. Ricochet vs. Ivar – Winner: Ricochet with the 630

Becky Lynch calls out Rhea Ripley, but Adam Pearce shuts it down. He wants to protect one of the biggest matches on the WrestleMania card. He asks her respectfully to leave the ring. Rhea Ripley makes her entrance. He pleads with her to stop. Save it for WrestleMania. Rhea thinks about it, before blasting past security to fight Becky. While they get some shots in, security eventually break them up.

#5. Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark & Tegan Nox vs. Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai, Asuka & Kairi Sane (w/ Iyo Sky) – Winners: Damage CTRL

#6. [Bloodline Rules] Solo Sikoa vs. Seth Rollins – Winner: No Contest

After Jimmy Uso shows up to help Solo Sikoa, Jey Uso evens the odds. Just as they head to the back, The Rock cuts him off. He heads down to the ring to confront Seth Rollins, who just smiles at him. Cody Rhodes is here! And he takes it to The Rock! Rhodes & Rollins set up The Rock to go through the announce table, but Roman Reigns appears from under the ring to save his cousin. The Bloodline takes both of them out and ends the episode by repeatedly whipping them with an American Nightmare belt.
