Here are the full results for the episode of WWE Raw airing on April 3, 2023, the night after WrestleMania 39.

We open with Triple H. Welcome to Monday Night Raw. He thanks the crowd for the reception. He says WrestleMania 39 was beyond his wildest expectations. Triple H thanks everyone backstage, and anyone who put their bodies on the line leading up to this. He thanks the crew for making it and tonight possible. He puts over “Stu” the cameraman.

When he walked into SoFi Stadium, he was blown away. Again, he thanks all the fans for making this possible. On this day when WWE is dominating the news, and then makes an announcement, that’s all anyone talks about. But he assures everyone they aren’t going anywhere. The same WWE they love is going nowhere. The Superstars, the drama, all out if. They will be there week in, week out. Sold out arena after sold arena. Because they are the WWE. And just like it says at the beginning… Now. Then. Forever. Together.

With that said, he asks them for one thing. Let’s acknowledge one person. 936 days. Please rise and welcome the undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief asks Hollywood to acknowledge him. Immediately after, Cody Rhodes enters. The American Nightmare knows what he wants to talk about. Today is turning out differently than he anticipated. He thought he would be WWE Universal Champion. He’ll acknowledge this. Last night, Roman Reigns was the better competitor. But he knows that he knows he has won a lot of matches where he skated by. Last night, he had him.

So, it boils down to one word. Rematch. Paul Heyman takes the mic. He was thinking on behalf of the Tribal Chief… when exactly would he like this rematch? Cody says tonight. Heyman says no rematch. Not tonight, not in Puerto Rico, SummerSlam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, no, no, no, no… no. That’s what you call calling the shots because you live on the Island of Relevancy. Cody says he’s not in the mood for this. Let’s read between the lines. He knows how tough he is. If he doesn’t want to do the rematch, let’s at least do a tag match now. Paul Heyman consults with his Tribal Chief.

Heyman says the Tribal Chief has authorized him to accept his challenge. Two parameters, though. If someone in that locker room is stupid enough to team with him, it has to be someone who wrestled at WrestleMania. Anyone who walks down that aisle will never get another title match against Reigns, so long as he is the Undisputed Universal Champion. So who does he want to talk about now? Brock Lesnar’s music hits!

Brock Lesnar was forbidden to fight for the title last year at SummerSlam, so the stipulation wouldn’t apply. Lesnar shakes Cody’s hand and puts his arm around him. The Bloodline retreat in haste. Looks like we’re getting Rhodes & Lesnar vs. The Bloodline tonight.

#1. Omos (w/ MVP) vs. Elias — Winner: Omos

The Usos show up and Heyman says that Reigns appreciates their contributions this past weekend. He’ll catch up with them later. They leave but it is shown that they were fobbed off.

Bad Bunny is happy to bring WWE back to Puerto Rico. He is grateful and ready for Backlash. Here comes WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio. He says it has been an emotional week. He just got inducted into the Hall of Fame. The fans chant “You Deserve It!”. He’d like to take this time to thank the WWE Universe. And here comes the United States Champion, Austin Theory. He believes they deserve some respect for doing exactly what they said they were going to do. Rey beat the product of his bad parenting, while he beat a legend in John Cena.

Theory was told on the Raw after WrestleMania the fans would eat him alive, so where it’s at? He doesn’t suck because he beat John Cena. The fans chant for him, but Theory says he isn’t here because he’s a part-timer. All that’s happening here is he will be beating Rey and adding him to his collection. Rey said the only thing he will be collecting his teeth after the 619.

#2. Austin Theory vs. Rey Mysterio — Winner: Austin Theory after a distraction by Dominik Mysterio

After he & Priest take down Rey, Dominik gets in Bad Bunny’s face. He tries to punch him, but Bunny counters with a punch of his own. Damian Priest throws him over the guardrail and the Judgment Day proceeds to Chokeslam him through the announce table. They leave Rey & Bunny laying.

The new Undisputed Tag Team Champions arrive and the fans give them a warm welcome. Sami says it has been a crazy year for him, all the way from Johnny Knoxville to main eventing in Los Angeles. He says it’s corny, but none of this would be possible if it were not for the fans. Alright, enough of the mushy stuff. LA likes to celebrate, and KO thinks that sounds pretty good. He says there’s no better to celebrate than to fight. There’s likely a ton of names back there who want to make names for themselves on the Raw after WrestleMania. Street Profits answer the call.

Montez Ford says it is a glorious day, so this toast is for them. They truly deserve it. But… they are also coming off a victory at WrestleMania. So how about this? Street Profits versus KO & Zayn.

#3. [Undisputed Tag Team Championship] Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn (c) vs. Street Profits — Winners: KO & Zayn

Seth Rollins says he is feeling good, baby. He is on cloud nine. He hit the stomp heard around the world, sending Paul and KSI back to the land of social media. But something’s not right, something tonight is missing. Wait a minute! A party is out there. DJ… play the song. The fans serenade him for a while before he leaves.

Backstage, we have a frustrated Bobby Lashley. Bronson Reed wants to call him Uncle Bobby, he teaches him things. He taught him how to lose, but maybe the pupil can school the teacher? He can’t wrestle him tonight, but eventually he will learn his lesson.

Mustafa Ali points out what Lashley isn’t getting and how to channel his negative energy. He needs to think more positive… Ali. Lashley says that he should take what he wants, right? Take whoever he wants and destroy them in the ring? Lashley grabs Ali and they make their way to the ring for a match.

#4. Bobby Lashley vs. Mustafa Ali — Winner: Bobby Lashley

Backstage, Roman Reigns asks The Wiseman if The Usos are here. Heyman says he sent them to the jet. He asks if he knew Brock Lesnar would be here. How did this happen? Heyman explains SummerSlam was the last match between them, so he had no idea he would accept this challenge. He has nothing to lose. Reigns says he smashed Lesnar before, so let’s do it again, and then smash Cody. After that, he will tag in Solo Sikoa and we’ll see who is ready. Let’s show Cody who is ready.

Bianca Belair says Asuka is the best and one of the most dangerous women she has stepped in the ring with, and thanks her for pushing her. Here comes SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley! She says Belair is the luckiest here in WWE. After her humongous Royal Rumble victory, she chose to face Charlotte Flair instead of her. But she promises they will get back to this, and she will beat her just like she beat Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania.

Bianca Belair says she is all about standing in the ring with the best and that includes her. When she is ready, we will find out who is the best of the best. Looks like we are we due for women’s tag team action.

#5. [#1 Contender to the Women’s Tag Team Championship] Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez vs. Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai & IYO Sky  — Winners: Morgan & Rodriguez

The Miz asks if we enjoyed WrestleMania. Little did he know the surprises would be for him. Snoop Dogg was like… surprise! Here’s four guys to wrestle. Miz beat Shane McMahon so badly he couldn’t finish the match. And then Snoop Dogg cheapshotted him and gave the worst People’s Elbow ever. But it’s a new day and there will be no more surprises… Bro! Matt Riddle is back. He asks if the fans missed him. The Miz blindsides him, but Riddle fires back and hits the Bro Derek.

Trish Stratus, Lita, and Becky Lynch are happy with how WrestleMania went, and now they left Damage CTRL behind, they can get back to their goal of bringing prestige to the Women’s Tag Team titles.

#6. Brock Lesnar & Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa (w/ Paul Heyman  — Winners: Did Not Start

Brock Lesnar viciously attacks Cody Rhodes before the bell! Hitting him with several F-5, a steel chair, and the steel stairs, Lesnar turns heel without explanation, but sometimes actions speak louder than words. He finishes the show by sending Cody Rhodes through the announce table with the F-5, followed by yet another F-5 on the steel steps. Brock Lesnar stands tall over the lifeless body of Cody Rhodes. Just as it looks like he’s walking away, he rushes back to hit Cody again with the steel chair. Lesnar flips everybody off as the show comes to an end. Thanks for reading.
