There was an incident with fans jumping the rail at the NXT live event on Saturday in Sheffield. The incident happened during the NXT Tag Team Title Match where Dash and Dawson defeated Chad Gable and Jason Jordan.
James P. sent us the following:
“I was at the NXT event last night. To clarify a fan managed to get into the ring and got very close to the competitors who were on the mat in a hold I believe. The producers and security staff were in the ring immediately and got him out of there. It was a shame as it was a fantastic tag title match and it took all the air out of the match. The crowd were hot for Jordan and Gable, I mean hot. I haven’t witnessed a crowd react to a team as they did to them like they did. I hope nxt management was paying attention [because] the crowd made their thoughts on Jordan and Gable loud and clear.”
