The Streak Dies!

Shocked, frozen in time, speechless, well except for a few choice words. As an lifelong Taker fan and having had the privilege and honor of seeing the streak being defended live in person on 6 occasions I could not believe what I had just witnessed. Over time I accepted that the streak would not be broken, although if there ever was a possibility I felt it was at Wrestlemania 21 against the Legend Killer. There is no benefit of having Lesnar defeat the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30, he is already a star, a big PPV draw, The Beast and his career has been made a longtime ago. Breaking the streak should have been saved for a future star, to propel him on the road to stardom, enabling him to be a future main eventer. A Legend in his own right.

21-1. Those numbers stick in your head, it’s not something you are likely to forget.
