Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, known collectively as the Motor City Machine Guns, will be joining AEW in due time, a new report has revealed.
Sabin and Shelley are both former TNA World Heavyweight Champions and both men recently wrapped up their time with the promotion.
Cassidy Haynes of BodySlam.net is reporting that the Guns and AEW are finalizing the terms of a deal to bring the popular tag team to the All Elite promotion.
While a deal is not expected yet, “the decision has been made, and a deal will be worked out.”
The Motor City Machine Guns will join AEW’s tag team division which is currently without champions after Sting and Darby Allin vacated the gold following Revolution 2024.
The new champions will be decided at this weekend’s AEW Dynasty pay-per-view event when former champions FTR and The Young Bucks face off.
