Sunday’s AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view event reportedly drew a $1 million gate.
According to a report from Venues Now, the AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view event drew a $1 million gross. Of course, this event saw Sting’s retirement match and drew 16,118 fans at the Greensboro Coliseum.
The report notes that the average ticket price for the event was $55. OVG Hospitality’s food and drink per cap was $19, not including suites, for concession receipts totaling $306,242. Additionally, the average merchandise was $21.64 for $349,000. It was said that nearly everything in retail sold out.
As far as the Greensboro Coliseum is concerned, the numbers are in line with a concert and on the high end for a family show.
