The Mogul Embassy has turned on AEW World Heavyweight Champion Swerve Strickland.
On Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Strickland had a face-to-face with Christian Cage. The two went back and forth, which resulted in Brian Cage, Toa Liona, and Bishop Kaun showing up.
The trio attacked Strickland as he was taunting Cage. Liona and Kaun then put him through the announce table.
Swerve Strickland will be facing off against Christian Cage for the AEW World Championship at AEW Double Or Nothing 2024.
