AJ Styles Reacts To The Major Title Change At NJPW Sakura Genesis

As we reported earlier this morning here on eWn, Will Ospreay defeated Kota Ibushi to win the IWGP World Heavyweight Title in the main event of Sunday’s NJPW Sakura Genesis event. This was the first defense of the title since the IWGP Heavyweight and IWGP Intercontinental Titles were unified.

AJ Styles took to Twitter on Sunday, reacting to Ospreay’s win. He said,

“It’s was like I was looking into the mirror. Congratulations to the New IWGP Champion.”
