During WWE Worlds Collide event, Imperium (WALTER, Marcel Barthel, Fabian Aichner and Alexander Wolfe) competes against The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong) in an eight-man tag team match.
However, shortly into the match Alexander Wolfe appeared to suffer an injury. You can check out the clip below:

Following the event, Triple H confirmed to Cathy Kelley that Wolfe was knocked out due to a kick to his chin by Bobby Fish. Wolfe was subsequently removed from the match by WWE’s medical staff.
In other injury related news, previously here on eWN we reported that Io Shirai tweaked her knee. The injury appears to be legitimate as she posted the following photo on Twitter:
