According to a new report from Sports Illustrated, SmackDown! Live Superstar Dolph Ziggler will be receiving a downside guarantee of $1.5 million per year with his new two-year contract with WWE. This is a pretty significant increase from his previous WWE contract where he was reportedly making $1 million per year. WWE reportedly “overpaid” Ziggler to keep him from leaving the company and going to the indies or New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW).
WWE Superstar The Miz tweeted the following on Wednesday, poking fun at his WWE Elimination Chamber opponents:
Demons, Monsters, Supermen, Kingslayers, and whatever Elias is…
The only real thing about the #WWEChamber is me…everyone else is just acting…horribly.
