As noted, former NXT Women’s Champion Bayley made her official main roster debut on Monday’s episode of RAW in Brooklyn, NY at the Barclays Center. RAW GM Mick Foley introduced Bayley during a segment with WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte on the show. Bayley challenged Charlotte to a Women’s Title match, but that match did not happen. Bayley would go on to beat Dana Brooke in a singles match on the show.
Dave Meltzer noted on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that the original plans for Bayley were not to be in the title picture as soon as she was called up to the main roster. With Sasha Banks being sidelined with a back injury, it appears that WWE is setting up a match between Bayley and Charlotte.
