According to a report from Pwinsider, Saturday night’s WWE live event at the KIA Forum in Inglewood, California was structured to allow talent to catch red-eye flights home. This is the reason why the Steel Cage and WWE World Heavyweight Title matches took place early on the card.
Some of the talent involved appreciated the gesture, which was designed as a “thank you” to the talent for a busy week of hard work. This likely wouldn’t have happened if Vince McMahon was still in charge.
