Kamille has been a consistent presence in the National Wrestling Alliance since October 2018 by establishing herself as a standout performer. Her tenure led her to become the Women’s Champion, a title she held for an impressive 800 days.
As we previously reported here on eWn, Kamille’s deal with the promotion expired at the end of 2023 and she had a lot of interest from WWE.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Kamille is expected to be on the NXT brand. He wrote,
“Kamille (Kailey Latimer, 31), whose NWA contract expired this past week, is expected to end up here, likely with NXT. She was a longtime NWA women’s champion. She’s tall and has a great look but is still pretty green in the ring at least by WWE main roster women standards. Nobody has confirmed that a deal has been made but it is expected.“
