Bianca Belair On Possibly Joining Bobby Lashley’s Faction, Omos’ Workout Routine Revealed

Bianca Belair doesn’t appear to be down with the idea of joining Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits’ alliance.

Speaking on a recent edition of “The Casual Podcast,” the former WWE RAW Women’s Champion commented on possibly joining her husband Montez Ford in the faction. She said,

“What I will say is that I’m very excited with what they have going on right now. Right now, I think they are an unstoppable group, especially with what they’ve got going on…but if I am added, that’s gonna be a sight!”

Omos recently spoke with Men’s Health Magazine where he revealed his leg day workout routine, which you can see below:

Mobility:
Couch Stretch: 30 seconds to 1 minute per leg
Ankle and Hamstring Stretch: 5 times per side
Hip Airplane: 10 reps per side

Strength Training:
Belt Squat: 3 to 4 sets with ascending reps (6 to 8, 8 to 10, 10 to 15 reps)
Machine RDL: 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps
Hamstring Curls: 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps
Shoulder Press: 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps
