20 years ago, Owen Hart tragically passed away after a terrible accident at the WWE Over The Edge pay-per-view (PPV) in Kansas City, Missouri. Yesterday (Thurs. May 23, 2019) Owen’s brother, WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart, paid homage to his late brother, as well as The British Bulldog and Jim Neidhart, on Twitter.
