WWE held a battle royal to crown a new #1 contender to the NXT Women’s Championship on Wednesday’s episode of NXT. The match ended when Asuka ran down and attacked Ember Moon, Ruby Riot, and Nikki Cross.
NXT GM William Regal walked out and announced that Asuka will defend the championship against Moon, Riot, and Cross in a Fatal 4-Way match at NXT Takeover: Chicago on May 20th in Chicago, Illinois at the Allstate Arena.
