AEW’s Chris Jericho made reference to WWE’s releases process on this week’s episode of Dynamite.
During a backstage segment, Jericho mentioned how he and Daniel Garcia were going to “future endeavor” John Silver and Alex Reynolds of the Dark Order, just like they did with Santana and Ortiz.
This is in reference to WWE’s releases in which the company almost always wishes ex-Superstars the best in their future endeavors.
The phrase has become a recurring meme among wrestling fans.
Jericho & Garcia went on to defeat Silver & Reynolds in the main event of Dynamite.
