PWInsider is reporting that MLW’s lawsuit against WWE has seen the case management hearing delayed. The decision was made by the US District Court of the Northern District of California, and will see the hearing pushed back from September to October 27th.
It was also reported earlier this month that WWE filed a motion to dismiss MLW’s lawsuit. MLW has until March 29th to respond to that motion. If they decide to push on with the lawsuit, WWE would have to respond by April 5th. The assigned judge for the case would then have to rule on whether or not the lawsuit will advance or not.
