Endeavor’s acquisition of WWE is set to close tomorrow. Endeavor will own 51% of TKO starting tomorrow, following the merger of WWE and the UFC.
Notably, Ari Emanuel will serve as the CEO, with Vince McMahon being the executive chairman. Dana White and Nick Khan will be appointed presidents of the UFC & WWE divisions respectively. Meanwhile, Triple H will not be on the board of directors but is expected to be a crucial part of the company going forward.
The new company will be publicly traded as TKO, starting Tuesday.
