WWE RAW GM Mick Foley was scheduled to appear at next month’s ICW Fear & Loathing IX show on 11/20 at The SSE Hydro. However, Foley won’t be appearing. Now, former WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor will be replacing Foley at the event.
