Former Impact Wrestling X Division Champion Rohit Raju has debuted for AEW on the latest episode of AEW Dark.
Raju worked with Impact from 2017 to 2022, with his contract expiring in January this year.
On this week’s Dark, Raju teamed with Karam, Sotheara Chhun and Caleb Teninity to take on The Wingmen (JD Drake, Cezar Bononi, Peter Avalon and Ryan Nemeth) in an eight-man tag team match.
Although Raju’s first match in an AEW ring was on January 15 in a losing effort to Shawn Dean, that match was only for the local crowd in Florida, making this week’s Dark his official debut.
There’s no word yet on if Tony Khan plans on offering the former Impact X-Division Champion a contract.
