Former Ring of Honor wrestler Beer City Bruiser recently underwent hip replacement surgery. According to a report from Pwinsider, Bruiser, real name Matt Winchester, underwent the surgery on Thursday.

In other news, WWE Hall of Famer Bret “Hitman” Hart recently took to Instagram to announce that he’ll be forced to cancel an upcoming appearance at Hitman’s Bar in Calgary due to an illness. He wrote,

Unfortunately, after recent travel I am currently not feeling well & as per doctor’s orders I am asked to stay home & rest. It saddens me greatly as I was genuinely looking forward to seeing all my beloved friends, family and fans this Saturday.
