We reported last night here on eWn that Jeff Hardy confirmed he’d be debuting for AEW in the near future. In a video that surfaced online, Jeff told Jared Myers, “I’m going to AEW. I’m so excited.”
Following the video of Jeff making the announcement being made public, he has since taken to his Twitter account to announce that “nothing is official” at this point. He said,
“Nothing is official, SocialMedia. It can’t be right now. I’ve simply set a goal for myself & I will achieve it…eventually? The main thing is, ’Don’t get excited!’
Hardy’s non-compete clause is expected to expire on March 9th, which would make him available for the post-Revolution episode of of AEW Dynamite.
