It’s official – Kevin Owens has called out “Stone Cold” Steve Austin for WrestleMania 38.
With that being said, it’s for an episode of “The Kevin Owens Show” and not an actual match.
During Monday night’s episode of RAW, Kevin Owens came out during the main event segment and cut a promo about wanting to put on the biggest “KO Show” ever. Owens wound up taking more shots at the state of Texas, ripping natives JBL, Booker T, and Shawn Michaels.
In recent weeks, Austin and WWE have been in talks for a match or physical confrontation at WrestleMania 38. As of last week, Austin had not agreed to do a match so it appears WWE is running with a “KO Show” segment instead.
