MJF Continues To Hype His Upcoming Match Against Chris Jericho

MJF appears to be pulling out all the stops to ensure the stipulation for his upcoming match against Chris Jericho is enforced. On last Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF announced that Jericho could not enter the match to his entrance song Judas. His finishing move the Judas Effect is also banned.

After AEW’s official Twitter page suggested a loophole to get around MJF’s ruling on Jericho’s use of Judas, MJF responded asking his legal counsel Mark Sterling to look into the matter.

Sterling would respond by threatening to take legal action against AEW if the post was not removed, with Sterling saying:

“Take this down immediately. This is your first warning. I’ve filed a cease and desist to AEW on everything having to do with this song and you should be receiving the paperwork tomorrow. Do the right thing and we won’t have to take any more action.”

You can see the full Twitter interaction between AEW/MJF/Mark Sterling below:

Mark Sterling would also previously comment that they will have security remove anyone who sings Judas on next week’s show.

MJF vs Chris Jericho on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite is the fifth and final ‘Labour of Jericho’. The show will air this Wednesday 8/7c on TNT.
