WWE have recently had various NXT talents appear in dark matches on the main roster. These names have included Xia Li, Odyssey Jones, Austin Theory and more. Other names such as Shotzi (Blackheart), (Tegan) Nox and Toni Storm have seen their tryout matches be so successful they were then almost immediately called up to the main roster.
Now, according to a new report from Fightful Select, we know these dark matches are set to continue. The report states the plan is to keep “most of them that we’ve seen on the loop through Sunday and Monday, before a few head back to NXT [on] Tuesday.”
