Some additional details on Jeff Hardy’s arrest have surfaced.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Hardy was driving a white Dodge Charger erratically in Volusia County, Florida around 12:30 AM EST Monday morning.

The police report notes that they received four separate calls regarding a Dodge Charger with a “poor driving pattern.” When police responded to the area and eventually caught up to the vehicle, it was “traveling significantly under the speed limit, weaving across travel lanes, and running off the shoulder of the roadway.”

As noted earlier, Hardy “appeared to be in a stupor and confused” when he was pulled over. Police noted that he also reeked of alcohol and was unable to pass any field sobriety tests “without falling over.”

At that point, Jeff Hardy was placed in handcuffs and taken to the nearest police station. At the station, two of his breath samples yielded BAC readings of .294 and .291. The legal limit in Florida is .08.

Additionally, Hardy’s license was suspended after two previous convictions. The report noted that he “had a driving restriction which required him to have an interlock device in his vehicle.” The Dodge Charger Hardy was driving did not have that installed.

According to inmate records, Jeff Hardy was released from the Volusia County Jail at 7:07 PM EST on Monday evening. He has a court appearance set for tomorrow at 1:30 PM EST.
