Ring of Honor’s seminal event, FINAL BATTLE, emanates from the Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Friday December 15 at 9 PM EST! Fans around the world will be watching on Pay Per View, on the Fite.TV app, on ROHWrestling.com, and on Playstation Network as wrestling’s top stars clash with scores to be settled and championships to be decided.
This year’s Final Battle is the 16th in ROH history and will be the best, ever! ROH’s tag team division is the deepest and most-competitive in the world and the tag team championships will be on the line at Final Battle! Based on the results of Ring of Honor Television, the number one contenders have been set!

ROH WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS (ALEX SHELLEY & CHRIS SABIN) (IF CHAMPIONS) vs. BEST FRIENDS (BERETTA & CHUCKIE T.)
The Motor City Machine Guns captured the one championship that was missing from their legendary resume, the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships, at Death Before Dishonor when they defeated the Young Bucks!
Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin promised to be fighting champions and proved as much on the Global Wars Tour, defeating The Young Bucks and The Kingdom in a triple threat in Pittsburgh and turning a non-title tag team defense against Beer City Bruiser and Silas Young in Columbus. It wouldn’t be Final Battle without a ROH World Tag Team Championship defense and the Motor City Machine Guns are game!
The Guns will defend the titles if they get there but the challengers are set!
Best Friends, Beretta and Chuckie T., defeated two-time former ROH World Tag Team Champions The Addiction on Ring of Honor Television to earn the number one contendership and head to Final Battle knowing they will compete for the titles. The Machine Guns have a scheduled defense against The Kingdom ahead of Final Battle – the winner of that match will take on Best Friends!
