As we previously reported here on eWn, Nick Hogan was arrested back in November on charges of misdemeanor DUI. He was pulled over by police in Clearwater, Florida during the wee hours of the morning after attending a bikini contest at his father’s bar and restaurant.
According to a report from Pwinsider, a hearing was held today in the case. The hearing had been set for January 17th but it was delayed by a couple of days. At the hearing, Hogan waived his right to a speedy trial and a new hearing has been set for February 23rd.
