As we previously reported here on eWn, Nick Hogan was arrested back in November on charges of misdemeanor DUI. He was pulled over by police in Clearwater, Florida during the wee hours of the morning after attending a bikini contest at his father’s bar and restaurant.
A hearing was held on February 23rd, and Pwinsider is reporting that Hogan’s attorney requested and received a continuance in the pre-trial hearing.
The new hearing is scheduled for April 13.
Hogan waived his right to a speedy trial back in January. Friday’s hearing had originally been scheduled for January 17 but was delayed.
