In recent weeks, MJF has been going back and forth between being a heel and a babyface. Most of the time, he’s in heel mode but there have been several times where he’s acted as a babyface.
While it remains to be seen where things go from here, Dave Meltzer is reporting that the self-proclaimed Salt of the Earth has told numerous people, including AEW President Tony Khan, that he does not want to turn babyface despite getting cheers from the fans who attend the weekly AEW Dynamite and Rampage TV tapings.
With that being said, MJF is one of the top merchandise sellers in the company and it’s believed he will make the turn at some point down the line.
