Unfortunately, Rey Fenix will not be able to work the Prestige Wrestling show on January 5 due to an injury. This was confirmed by the promotion on Twitter.
During the AEW World Tag Team Fatal-Four Way Number One Contender Match at WrestleDream, Fenix only worked for a few minutes before being assisted by doctors and taken backstage.
Despite this, he managed to compete in two more matches, one of which resulted in him losing the AEW International Championship to Orange Cassidy on October 10.
