Recently, Brian James (Road Dogg) was in attendance at The Legends Of The Ring Convention and briefly chatted with Bill Apter. During the interview, he discussed his current role at the WWE PC and his involvement with NXT.

Brian James left his position as head writer of SmackDown Live earlier this year. He cited the reason for his departure as “things from his past were catching up to him on a daily basis due to stress”.
