UPDATE: Despite the fact that Samoa Joe vs. John Cena was rumored for the upcoming No Mercy PPV, Pwinsider.com has been able to confirm that WWE officials are planning to do Cena vs. Roman Reigns instead at the PPV. The feeling within the company is that they don’t want to wait until a major show like Survivor Series in November. Joe is now slated to do a program with The Miz for the Intercontinental Title starting at the No Mercy PPV.
ORIGINAL: WWE has only announced one match for the upcoming No Mercy PPV event and that’s Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman for the Universal Title.
The No Mercy pay-per-view event takes place in Los Angeles, CA at the Staples Center on Sunday, September 24th and will air on the WWE Network and some traditional pay-per-view outlets. This will be an exclusive RAW brand event. Here is the rumored card for the event:
