WWE has seen several Hollywood stars appear over the years, and Shanky is ready to see some Bollywood actors make their presence felt in the ring.
Speaking with “Wrestle Binge” to promote the recent WWE Superstar Spectacle event, Shanky was asked which Bollywood stars he’d like to see in WWE. He said,
“Salman Khan. Because I have worked with him and I know his nature. I am also a fan of Akshay Kumar and he’s fit, too. He has a need for sports. So I can see Akshay Kumar in WWE.”
While Shanky would love to see Khan in WWE, that may be easier said than done, given that he was convicted of culpable homicide for a negligent driving case in 2015.
Kumar is one of the most prolific actors in Indian cinema and received the Padma Shri, India’s fourth-highest civilian honor, from the Government of India in 2009.
