The first time, ever, that “The Gatekeeper” Kelly Klein got a tag team partner she approved of in Chardonnay at Honor United – Edinburgh, she emerged victorious in tag team action against Women of Honor Champion Sumie Sakai and international star Tenille Dashwood! But just a few nights later, Tenille scored a victory in a first-time match-up against Kelly after Kelly had worn down the leg of Tenille, neutralizing the Spotlight kick!
With Sumie and Tenille looking to avenge their tag team loss, the duo issued a challenge to Kelly to find a partner for State of the Art – San Antonio. Knowing international star Thunder Rosa had been signed to compete, Kelly quickly acted and the ROH Board of Directors has signed this Women of Honor tag team bout!

International star Thunder Rosa makes her Women of Honor debut but she will not be teaming with her longtime Twisted Sisters partner Holidead nor any fellow member of STARDOM faction Oedo Tai but rather a lone wolf in Kelly Klein against the Women of Honor Champion Sumie Sakai and international star Tenille Dashwood!
Kelly and Thunder Rosa get an opportunity to step into the ring with the Women of Honor Champion Sumie Sakai coming off two huge championship defenses across the globe and Tenille coming off a victory over Kelly. With two stars like Sumie and Tenille on one team, Kelly and Thunder Rosa have every incentive to work together but can they stay on the same page?
Thunder Rosa’s debut marks another international star competing in a ROH ring, but will she be able to get along in her debut match with someone like Kelly who operates as a lone wolf?
