Ring of Honor’s biggest event of the summer is just weeks away when BEST IN THE WORLD 2016 comes to North Carolina! On Friday, June 24th, the stars of Ring of Honor head to the Charlotte area. And you can watch it LIVE on pay-per-view! Charlotte is an historic, legendary hotbed for professional wrestling, and the fans in the area are some of our most supportive and enthusiastic on the entire planet. But whether or not you can be there live in Concord, you can still catch the whole night of action on pay-per-view!
We already know that BEST IN THE WORLD will be headlined by the biggest rematch in ROH history when World Champion JAY LETHAL defends his title against his greatest rival, JAY BRISCOE. But as massive as this World Championship battle will be, we can now confirm that ALL the ROH Championships will be on the line. Dalton Castle takes on Bobby Fish for the ROH World Television Championship and the Motor City Machine Guns will challenge current ROH World Tag Team Champions, The Addiction!

Adam Cole shocked the world at GLOBAL WARS when he revealed himself as the latest Bullet Club member! Since then, he and the Young Bucks have continued to interfere in each other’s matches, regardless of which Bullet Club members are actually signed to compete. Injuries to both Matt and Nick Jackson forced them to pull out of this year’s NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament, but it didn’t stop them from throwing superkick parties in Indianapolis and Columbus!
Now at BEST IN THE WORLD, Cole and the Bucks team up officially for the first time. On June 24th, Bullet Club will be represented in Concord! But while Cole and the Bucks are used to having the upper hand, they might need to reevaluate their game plan for these massive opponents. Standing across the ring will be three of the most physically dominant athletes in the history of ROH: MOOSE and WAR MACHINE!
Moose and War Machine have teamed up before. They know and respect each other, but most of all they all appreciate a good fight! And thanks to the stipulations of this match, that’s what we’re guaranteed to get at BEST IN THE WORLD. Rather than a traditional tag team match, this encounter will be contested under TORNADO TAG rules! That means that anyone can be in the ring at anytime and chaos is encouraged!
