In what will likely be his final NJPW match, The Great Muta is set to compete at the upcoming NJPW x STARDOM event. Muta will team with Toru Yano and Kazuchika Okada to take on Jeff Cobb, Aaron Henare, and Great O-Khan of United Empire. Muta previously helped Yano defeat O-Khan by using the mist in their match at Battle Autumn.
The event is scheduled for November 20th. An updated lineup for the show is below:
- IWGP Women’s Championship tournament finals: Mayu Iwatani vs. KAIRI
- Hiroshi Tanahashi & Utami Hayashishita vs. Hirooki Goto & Maika
- Tom Lawlor & Syuri vs. Zack Sabre Jr. & Giulia
- El Desperado, DOUKI, Starlight Kid, & Momo Watanabe vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Taichi, Natsupoi, & Tam Nakano
- Thekla, Himeka & Mai Sakurai vs. Lady C, AZM & Saya Kamitan
- Great Muta, Kazuchika Okada & Toru Yano vs.United Empire (Great-O-Khan, Jeff Cobb & Aaron Henare)
